RETORT OPERATIONS TRAINING

Overview
The Retort Operations Training Course is designed to equip Retort Operators and other Personnel responsible for Product Safety & Quality with a complete understanding of the Theory and Operating Practice of Retorting. This includes heat transfer considerations, the lethal effect of heat and the correct procedures in respect of departures and recording keeping.
This course will empower personnel with a full understanding of their responsibilities and the ability to perform limited troubleshooting when required.
Training is presented inhouse at the Factory.
Aim:
- To equip participants with theory that will enable them to understand all aspects of retort operations better.
- To provide participants with the correct operating procedure to ensure a safe quality product after heat treatment.
