Background:
In the food factories it is becoming more important to concentrate on food safety. Your customers, whether you supply directly to the public or to retailers are more aware of their rights and are insisting that some form of guarantee is given by the factory that the food is safe to consume. To produce safe foods, a system of controlling the safety of the product is required. This course is designed to help the company in setting up a HACCP or ISO 22000 system.
Aim:
- To train a team of designated people in the principals of good manufacturing principals.
- Introduce them to the principals
of HACCP/ISO 22000
- Give the team the background to draw up their own HACCP/ISO 22000 system.
